The bond issue was oversubscribed and the bonds were subsequently placed with 93 investors. The bonds will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The purpose of the issue is to finance operations. BofA Securities, Commerzbank and SEB acted as joint bookrunners for the transaction.

AMR occurs when bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites and other microorganisms change in a way that does. the drugs are ineffective with the result that the infections remain in the body. The main causes of AMR are lack of clean water and sanitation, insufficient prevention / lack of control of infections and incorrect use / overuse of antibiotics. The World Health Organization (WHO) 2 & nbsp; states that a reduction in the number of infections through effective sanitation, hygiene and measures to prevent infections are the most important measures to combat AMR. A survey conducted by Essity 3 shows that 73 percent of the public agree that AMR is a threat to world health and 47 percent are worried or very worried about AMR.
